Impresionante condominio en el primer piso en el hermoso río Guadalupe. 3 habitaciones, 2 baños completos, 3 televisores de pantalla plana, cable y wifi. King, queen, full y literas, así como hinchable tamaño queen, están disponibles. Patio privado con parrilla de gas y mesa de fuego ofrece una hermosa vista del río. La cocina completamente equipada, lavadora / secadora, toallas de playa, sillas y otros artículos del río también están disponibles para el uso de los huéspedes. Anidado en la pequeña ciudad de Sattler, entre Canyon Lake y New Braunfels, puede salir por la puerta de su casa o flotar la famosa "herradura". Alquiler de tubos y bajadas están disponibles al lado. Disfrute de la nueva piscina y parrillas en verano, o de la observación de la vida silvestre y la pesca con mosca en invierno. Gruene y Whitewater Anfiteatro están justo al final de la calle.

-Cada invitado debe usar un WRISTBAND, que indica el número de condominio (107) y la fecha de salida. Las bandas se proporcionan en el condominio a la llegada. Esto se hará cumplir. (De Memorial Day a Labor Day)
-No se admiten mascotas - multa de $ 500
-No se permite música fuerte ni ruidos fuertes después de las 10:00 pm en cualquier lugar de la propiedad. No se permiten fuegos artificiales.

-No fumar en la unidad. Sólo en las áreas designadas.
- NO deje ningún tipo de grasa desechable o fregadero.

Good times at Rio Grande Condo

Very nice place for for my family and I to stay for a few days. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view of the Guadalupe river was wonderful! Would definitely consider staying there again.

Girls trip

Girls trip get away. Condo was perfectly located. We enjoyed the quietness and beautiful surroundings. Was a perfect time in the middle of the week to enjoy an older crowd and not have to worry about a bunch of teenagers and young adults being rowdy. We really enjoyed our stay.

Spring break

Nice, comfortable experience. Enjoyed the 1st floor unit with view of River. Walked down to river and did fishing, paddle boarding and swimming in the crystal clear waters of the Guadeloupe River.Neighbors were all friendly.

Perfect location!!!

I love that this rental is as advertised. It had everything we needed for an amazing family weekend and easy access to white water amp for the Willie show! Beds were comfy. Bathrooms were clean and spacious. And the patio was amazing. Walking just steps down to the river to fish or read was exactly what we needed.

Great Location

The location was in a perfect spot. We were close for floating and for the concert we came for. Plenty of room, clean and amazing view from the Patio. They don't mess around with the rules make sure you are wearing your wristband at all times!

Loved your place!

The property was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. We were there with friends for a weekend music festival at the property next door. Previously, we'd stayed in the cabins next door but for just a little more $, we got way more space and comfort (and quiet) by staying here! Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!! Our group especially loved the patio area. What a great place to begin or end your day!

Great River view

Location was great. Bottom floor so walk out right on the river. Condo was clean, well stocked, & as described. If I had one complaint it would be mattress in the master bedroom was pretty worn out & uncomfortable but that is minimal & everything else was great.

Loved the view and excellent location on the river. Grounds were well kept and maintained. Had a few minor issues inside of condo but didn’t affect our stay at all. Overall was well pleased with everything.

2nd straight year

Communication with the manager was excellent. Property is well maintained, clean, and comfotrable. Check-in and out process is simple. Location on the river is perfect. Always a great atmosphere. That is the reason we've booked this property 2 years in a row. We'll be back again.

Perfect Family Getaway!

We enjoyed our time so much! The property was FAR better than we hoped. Having a family with little ones and the ability for them to have separate rooms was great. Property was very clean. So many aspects were considered that we didn’t even think would be there! We are already planning a trip back!

was like walking into our home. very very clean property, anything you needed ie towels, chairs, any kitchen items. Owner was very nice and available if we needed anything. All bedrooms were very nice. Will rent again in the future. Thank you!

River vs Beach

We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful condo with river front view. We could walk right out and start tubing. We have always done beach trips for our family vacation but now the river is the place for us!!!
