This place is in the ghetto. No other way to word that. Homeless camp across the street, they harass you every time you go anywhere. Construction surrounding the entire building that was loud therefore hard to sleep. The kiosks were broken at check in and needed to wait although the lady that checked us in was lovely. The water pressure to the shower and sink in the bathroom were terrible. The only nice thing about this place was that the room was big and updated because it was new. Would not stay again.

The room I was originally given was filthy, all the walls were banged up and scuffed. I requested another room and it was in better condition, but overall the building feels run down and needs a makeover. The water pressure in the shower was almost non existent. To top it off due to fog I missed a connecting flight and arrived in Nashville a day late. I emailed the staff to inform them I was late but still coming (I had prepaid for 5 nights). On check out I was charged an extra fee for late arrival. I do not recommend this place

I'm a Nashville local and needed somewhere to stay while power was out for most of the downtown neighborhoods due to a bad ice storm. Great location and the room was nice with a full sized fridge and oven so I could cook some meals. Staff were so nice and did a great job of dealing with all the chaos of so many displaced locals and their pets.

I needed a place to stay during a power outage in Nashville, and I was thrilled to find Sentral Sobro. For way less than the cost of most hotel rooms downtown, we got a two bedroom suite with a full kitchen and a washer/dryer. And I got to bring my dog! The staff couldn't have been nicer.

My stay here was great!! It was very clean. Very spacious and The staff was great and always quick to respond. I highly recommend it. It’s not too close to Broadway so expect a short drive, take an Uber or you can scooter as well.
