Our room was very clean and the balcony access was a plus. Service was great - Our coffee maker didn't work and was replaced within 10 minutes of our call to the front desk. On the down side, I didn't like the styrofoam cups and we did take one "cool" shower. The free downtown shuttle was super hellpful.

Room was clean, bathroom clean refrigerator clean we had a balcony room which was nice, also had a sofa, hotel workers text to make sure everything is good, which I have beer experience before, front desk staff friendly, we had no issues to complain about. Our hotel also had a shuttle to downtown and would come get you if you called or waited the few minutes for them to arrive, parking was $35 a day but I never had to drive my car anywhere! Breakfast buffet was always warm and good! Best hotel in Nashville! Thanks for excellent service

Several issues….. Booked a rate for three nights which changed after checking. Became 3 different higher rates on each night. The room-quite small for a king bed. It was quiet, but we were on the 10th floor. The bathroom extremely small! The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows even worse. Room service-would ask for bottled water and coffee cups every day and either took hours or never delivered. Just a so so hotel. The main thing it has to offer is convenience to certain places.
