Parking lot is extremely tight. If you drive a suburban or a large truck or large SUV you have a really difficult time parking. There is a parking garage but only 6’-8” clearance to enter. Once I got inside I found that my room was changed from a standard 2 queen room to a king suite with a sofa bed. I’m with my 18 yr old daughter so now she either has to sleep in the bed with her father or she has to sleep on a fold out couch in a 200$ a night hotel. I didn’t get this room for her to sleep in a fold out bed. I think what really bothered me was being told that they were giving me a free upgrade like they were doing me a favor. What really happened was Expedia sold me a 2 queen room they didn’t not have. Instead of admitting the mistake, and asking what they could do to accommodate me, it was presented as if they were doing something for me. I’m not happy but yet not surprised either being customer service is a thing of the past. Hopefully someone will reach out but I don’t expect it.
