I paid extra to upgrade to a Standard Room, 1 King Bed, Accessible Bathtub (Accessible Tub) through the Expedia app. Upon checking in I was given a standard room with to queen beds. The manager on duty told me that there was absolutely nothing she could do to help correct the booking or refund the difference because I booked through Expedia. The only thing she offered is that I do future bookings through the IHG app.

The hotel was beautiful, the beds and pillows were very comfortable and everyone there was so kind. The underground parking was a welcomed surprise especially with a recent snow storm.
