Nice, clean, Perfect for a family gathering

We were in town for a birthday celebration, and the space was perfect for hosting some of the others after the festivities. The fire put me some great setting for this.

We rented this property for a wedding weekend, and it could not have been more perfect! Our group was made up of college friends from Ole Miss celebrating the marriage of two of their own, and this home quickly became the gathering place for laughter, stories, and making even more memories. The location was fantastic, the home was beautiful, spotless, and incredibly comfortable for everyone. There was plenty of space for our group to relax, reconnect, and enjoy the weekend festivities. Every detail of the property added to the charm and made the stay feel special. What really stood out was how easy and enjoyable everything was from start to finish. The house provided the perfect backdrop for such a meaningful celebration, and our guests absolutely loved it.If you’re looking for a place that is charming, well-maintained, conveniently located, and ideal for gathering family and friends, this is it. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable experience!

House was clean, beds comfortable, and hot tub was clean and hot! Close to down town Franklin. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. Would recommend taking Uber at night as the walk back from town was not as well lit as we would have liked.

The house was very clean but as soon as you walked into the kitchen there was a foul odor. We used a diffuser while we were there to counter the smell. The morning we left the smell was apparent once again.

Cute Bungalow

We were in TN for a soccer tournament. Our friends recommended staying in Franklin. The bungalow was nicely decorated, the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, and the washer and dryer were much needed after the rainy and/or hot soccer games. The proximity to downtown Franklin was ideal. We did not walk but it was a short drive to downtown with easy parking. We enjoyed a day of shopping and lunch. The communication with the host, check in/out process were seamless.
