We loved our stay & it was the perfect size for 6 days. Nice to have more space than just a hotel room. Loved having the makeup vanity with lighted mirror in the bedroom, helped to prevent the bathroom from getting cluttered. Location was great, we could easily walk everywhere but not too much noise. They generously let us check in an hour early as we had a wedding welcome party to get ready for. We will absolutely recommend this to others!

We had a great time in Nashville and truly enjoyed our accommodations at SoBro. To be honest, my first impression was that it was a quirky little place, however, that quirkiness simply added to its charm. The unit was perfect, both warm and inviting. It’s so much better than staying in a commercial hotel. And the AvantStay team and host checked in with us before and during our stay to make sure everything met our expectations. And, it did.

Stay was amazing. Perfect place for me and a friend to stay in the heart of Nashville for the weekend. It was clean, spacious, and comfy. Walkable to everything downtown. Would definitely recommend this stay for anyone wanting to visit Nashville. Would stay again. Host very nice and responsive.

The space was clean and the king bed was comfy. It was easy to walk to Broadway and it felt like a safe area! Too bad the parking wasn't included in the stay, but it was a convenient location. Our room was on the first floor and we could hear all of the walking around above us. Overall it was a positive experience and I'd recommend!

We had an incredible stay. It was nice and clean and even had ice, salt and pepper which thrilled us. It was within walking distance to broadway, restaurants and shops. Very nice experience.

This is a great place, close walk to broadway. Bed is super comfortable. We did encounter mold coming out of the ac vent but that was taken care of in the matter of a few hours. Would definitely recommend and we will be back soon!

We had a great stay! The location was perfect, just a couple of blocks from Broadway, so everything was easily walkable but still quiet enough to relax. The place itself was very clean, spacious, and well set up for a comfortable stay. The bed was especially cozy, which made a big difference after long days out exploring.Communication with the hosts was excellent from start to finish, quick, clear, and helpful. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable experience. We’d definitely stay here again!

Great location - easy walk to Broadway, not even 1/2 mile. Single female traveling alone I always felt safe walking back-and-forth to Broadway. They were very quick to respond when I had a question. I would recommend this place if you want to be close enough to walk to Broadway, but not have to hear all the noise of Broadway.

Great location for our trip we could walk and do some sightseeing and then head back, rest and go backnout later. The apartment was Very clean. Kitchen tools were what we needed. We always bring our own spices for the food we will be preparing; appreciative of the olive oil and coffee pot filters. Parking rates were comparable to downtown Nashville. Only reason we didnt score a 5 overall was that the AC wall unit in the main room felt like it barely reached the bedroom even with the fan that's in the wall. So it got a bit stuffy for us- Overall lovely spot!

Very close to Broadway was a major plus, I did some minor cleaning after we arrived just to freshen the place up some, to be honest I'm OCD when it comes to cleaning,I probably left the unit cleaner then when we arrived haha. I loved the full kitchen, I cooked a couple nights just because we were tired of bar food. And I also was very glad there was a washer and dryer in the room. We stayed 5 days definitely would go back to this apartment. The host was wonderful and contacted me almost everyday to make sure we didn't need anything. On site parking is great but the fees are crazy but all of Nashville and surrounding communities are the same way.
