Perfect little place for my husband and me! It’s within walking distance to Broadway, yet just far enough away to enjoy a quieter, more relaxing atmosphere. We felt very safe the entire time. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the host was quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely stay here again!

This property was challenging. The property manager required both a copy of your drivers license or passport along with a full extended facial scan. If you are uncomfortable with these steps you are out the money you paid for the property with no ability to cancel. Many travelers may be fine with this process but I wanted people to know in advance. As far as the room it was a little small and stuffy but very clean and convenient with a short walk to key areas in Nashville.

This little place was a wonderful location for my husband and my recent stay in Nashville. Just a couple of blocks up to Broadway near Bon Jovi and Kid Rock. Just know it is a very small place with very poor lighting. Otherwise a perfect location for our needs with free parking and we would stay there again.

Perfect location that was walking distance to Broadway and Music city center (where I was attending a conference) but was far enough away that it was quiet and restful. Also happens to be next to an excellent BBQ restaurant called Martin’s…yum! Super comfy mattress and nice amenities in the apartment that has a cool vibe. There is a common outdoor space. I had a glitch with the check in process. The door didn’t seem to recognize my code. I phoned property management and they were able to assist me straight away. I would absolutely stay here again!

Great spot!

This is my second time staying at this property and I loved it just as much as the first time! The property was very clean and had everything we needed. The location is also perfect - a very short walking distance to downtown. I plan on visiting again!

Great location - not far from Broadway

We enjoyed the stay. The place is small and cozy. Bed was really comfortable. The complex felt safe with electronic pin pad security to access. Location was great as well. Within 10 min walking distance to Broadway. Many other restaurants nearby as well.

Just some considerations...

The unit was clean, easy to access, secure, convenient to all things downtown, and the free parking in the building's lot is a great perk for anyone traveling by car. All the basics and then some were provided - pods for the dishwasher and washer (there is a full size stackable washer and dryer in the unit although not pictured), coffee for day 1, creamer/sugar, full-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash. The property management team was very responsive to any questions pre- and post-booking. A few considerations (1) the pictures in the listing are not necessarily representative of this particular unit - most specifically there is not a walk-in shower (its a tub with curtain) (2) this building is older, floors are thin, the AC/Heat unit (not pictured) is a wall unit (like the old hotels) and can be noisy, and (3) this unit is on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator in the building.
