You will absolutely fall in love with this clean and cozy condo located in the heart of Naples. Enjoy relaxing in your home away from home, in this highly desirable area, located close to some of Naples best beaches, best shopping, and popular restaurants. This condo is tucked away in a beautiful neighborhood where you can walk or bike to the beach (.75 miles away), nearby restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping.
During your stay you will have access to free Wi-Fi, Central A/C, a shared pool (we provide the pool towels) and two (2) bikes are also provided in the common bike room with helmets and locks as well. You will have your own designated covered parking spot as well as other areas for visitor parking.
This unit comes with a well-equipped, full kitchen to make it easy for the times you prefer to "eat in". In the morning, enjoy views from the screened-in lanai as you sip your coffee or enjoy the beautiful sunset skies as you relax in the evening with your favorite drink.
In a short, 5-minute drive to the beach (.75 miles away), you will see some of Naples most beautiful homes in Park Shore and pass by the Village Shops on Venetian Bay.
During your stay at our condo, you will be given a Lutgert Park Beach pass that allows you access to a private beach for Park Shore Association members. After showing your pass to the gate attendant, you will have free, shaded parking that is just steps away to Naples white, sandy beaches, along with access to a bathhouse that has well maintained bathrooms and outdoor showers. Feel free to use the beach umbrellas and beach chairs that we provide.
Our two bedroom, two bathroom vacation home, provides you with a king bed, full bathroom and closet in the primary bedroom, and a queen bed, full bathroom, and closet in the second bedroom. The family room consists of a TV and two comfortable sofas where you can relax after a day in the sun. One of the sofas is a sofa sleeper should you need the extra space. This is a 3rd floor unit in a 3-story building with an Elevator.
