Beautiful house!

We stayed here over the holidays. The house was amazing, modern, clean, and had all the amenities and household things. The pool and spa were a hit. Communication with host was easy and prompt.

It really was luxury

They really thought of everything. It was such an amazing time and the hosts (Daniel and Vickie were very responsive). We've stayed in several Vanderbilt beach homes before and this one was the nicest, fully upgraded!

Fabulous house - great time !

The house was very clean, listed accurately and very well equipped (beach towels, chairs, bikes, etc) all a bonus. We loved our stay. On a side note, pool has small sunning space, does not get much sun from positioning of home and backyard. We spent a day at naples grande for pool and amenities, but the beach is nearby the home for lots of sun. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

Wonderful option for Naples! We were a group of 4 couples. The house was perfect 😍 for us. We loved the rooms, the beds is very comfortable . The perfect shower. The house is beautiful and cozy. I highly recommend it. And it will definitely always be our option in Naples. close to everything, including the beach. thank you 😊

marvelous home!

This listing is just as advertised and even better! Our family of 8 people plus 4 others that joined us for Thanksgiving Day had space to spread out and enjoy the indoors and outdoor areas. Each bedroom having it's own bathroom was perfect and allowed for privacy among adults. The kitchen had everything we needed to eat our catered Thanksgiving meal. We catered from the nearby Whole Foods grocery store but still had to heat dishes etc. All in all and A+. We would stay here again!

A Wonderful Option in North Naples

Our group of seven adults came for a family wedding that included events at various venues at locations between Old Naples and the Ritz Carlton. This property was very close to the Ritz and an easy/uncomplicated drive to all other events. It was walkable to the beach, although we didn't have time or cooperative weather for beach activities. We have been renting houses for our family for many years and this is one of the nicest rental properties we have found. The house was built in 2022. It was built and has been furnished and maintained to a very high standard. Property management was lovely to deal with, although we had no issues. I recommend this property without reservation. It was exactly as described.
