A resort-style pool and spa hot tub is just steps away. Walking paths, tennis, fitness center, pickleball, miles of beach along the Gulf of Mexico with two private beachfront pavilions, canoeing, and kayaking are all available at no extra charge. This condo is centrally located between upscale Waterside shops and restaurants, Venetian Village, Artis of Naples and downtown Naples 5th Ave Please note HOA requires minimum 90 day stay
