There is a non-refundable $100 security application fee required by the Briarwood Community's gated association for guest access. Please note that this fee is not included in your booking total and must be submitted separately (check, Venmo, or Zelle).
This application fee grants you full access to all community amenities—including tennis and pickleball courts, soccer fields, beach volleyball, basketball courts, and not one, but two heated community pools. There’s truly something for everyone.
Pool heating is optional. If you decide to heat the pool, an additional cost of $30 per day will be applied.
