Service and hospitality was surprisingly subpar for a hotel that is supposedly 4-star. The absolute worst experience was the free golf cart ride to the beach, which we thought was such a great amenity, until they were unable to return to the beach to pick us up and left us stranded. It took over an hour to get an uber willing to take 6 sand-covered people back to the hotel. It was an unbelievably terrible stay at this hotel.

My mother and I had a wonderful vacation at the AC Marriot in Naples, Florida. The hotel is located conveniently at the end of 5th Avenue, within walking distance of restaurants, bars and shops. If you prefer not to walk, the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service in the AM and PM until 8:45 PM. I would like to specifically recognize, John from the Shuttle Team, who was outstanding from the start. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable of downtown Naples. He is a true asset to the hotel and the overall experience of guests. Thank you John for making our experience so wonderful! The hotel had a state of the art gym, equipped with several treadmills, a peloton and weight machines and free weights. Located upstairs from the gym is a beautiful bar, restaurant and intimate pool area. We had the octopus and cocktails for happy hour which were delicious. There is also a small cafe in the lobby that was open daily until early afternoon. The baristas were very professional and worked quickly to make coffee. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and look forward to visiting again in the near future. Thank you AC Hotel and Team!

Great stuff. My wife forgot her rings at the hotel. Very valuable. The stuff took it from the room and put it in lost and found. When we got there they helped us to find it and was very kind. It was a very stressful moments when we realized that we are missing this rings. Big thank you to the lady the hpuse manager who was there to help us with this stressful situation.

dirty room. and not cleaned well after first night. called housekeeping and a manger came along with staff support. they took care of cleaning. yet it seems that this issue is common at this hotel. overall hotel is awkwardly paid out. and restaurant has sub par food. parking cost seem very high for a suburban sprawl style hotel
