Excellent check-in. Great location. Very nice, clean room. Had the Queen Studio Suite, and it was a very cool room. It had everything, even a small kitchenette; with cookware, dishes, cutlery the works. Room was also very attractive, with nice big TV for the Super Bowl. The Suite was even better than the ‘Big Game’. Very nice shower and bath. Plenty of safe parking. Real nice public TV lounge, with games and puzzles, automatic fireplace, and a vintage record player. If the beach is your thing - just cross the road at the ‘walk light’, down the safe hill path, and beach is right there. Your vehicle can remain safe at the hotel. Excellent experience. Thank You.

Very clean room, excellent amenities in the hotel, perfect spot to stay with my dog. There is a bit of noise transfer from the hallway to the room, but nothing during inappropriate hours. Absolutely would stay there again.

The curtains stunk like cigarette smoke. The toilet doesn’t flush for almost the exact same price. I stayed across the street the next day at the beach club night and day difference. also, the headboard looked disgusting like it had wet dirt on it. The heating system is noisy and old and right across from the bed. I didn’t sleep a wink.

We really enjoyed our stay. We had a room with a small kitchenette, a sofa and 2 large chairs and a small round dining table. It made our stay so comfortable and felt like being home. The staff were very friendly and were very helpful when we needed something. We will definitely return when we are back in Parksville.
