I had reserved a pet-friendly room for 2 nights, and upon entering the property I had several concerns. The adjoining room had people in there with multiple dogs that kept barking, causing my dog severe distress. They were also blasting music, and with the paper-thin walls, it was just not going to work out. We also noticed wet caulk in the doorway to the bathroom, spread onto the floor. The people outside were very sketchy and it became a concern for our safety. We simply could not stay there. I have tried several times to get a refund, but they simply do not respond to any message.

Once i finally git checked into the room the accommodations and location were perfect. The virtual check-in process was frustrating. Once i finally got a live human on the phone i was checked in and could get into my room after sitting in the parking lot for 45 minutes.
