Not at airport. Need to get taxi here (on hotels dot com it says there is a shuttle but they contacted me to say there is not). Taxi drivers are dishonest because it's a 10 minute taxi and don't want the fare, so then do the "oh I have no change" trick. Correct fare is 5 rial (must pay in cash and the official taxis have no meters). I can't stand dishonesty. Hotel is completely fine, what you'd expect for a novotel. There's nothing to see or do at the location. Best for an overnight between flights.

We ordered fish fingers for my son’s dinner when we got to the hotel at 1am. The food came uncooked and could have got us food poisoning. Called to return the food and ask for a refund which was refused. Morning staff gave us a fresh set of food to takeaway, however, just found overall the staff during the night very unprofessional and not customer centric. Reception staff were equally unfriendly and unhelpful when we checked in. Staff here could do well with some basic customer service training.
