A complete joke. Terrible would be too nice. No bath towels were available at all. Tried to call reception at #900, but they just hung up the phone so no call will get through. Sofa bed were not ready at all, neither pillow nor bedsheet. Room was also very dusty, I coughed a lot through the night.
