Room was very basic as expected but dingy and filthy. Check in staff were among the most miserable I've ever encountered. No sleep as very noisy - advise anyone to stay in any nearby hotel rather than be fooled into thinking a bit more convenience is worth it as it's definitely not

The hotel is OK, room is reasonably clean and modern, but sound insulation is poor and you can hear sounds from next room. The hotel is not that easy to find as there’s no clear sign on how to get there. You can access the shops and restaurants in the arrival level but we didn’t find out until we checked out, as nobody mentioned it and there’s no signs pointing to them. We booked a premium room because we don’t want a windowless room, and the picture on Expedia showed a room with windows. When we checked in, we found ourselves in a windowless room. We asked the front desk and they said we are in a premium room and all the rooms in the hotel are like that without windows. This is misleading advertising either by Expedia or by the hotel.

They need to prepare a much clearer description of where to have the taxi drop you and exactly where to go to enter the hotel. It is very convoluted, made more difficult because of the multiple military security checkpoints to enter Mumbai airport. Once in the hotel, all was as expected.

We chose this hotel due to its location within terminal 2. It’s quite easy to find in the arrivals hall. Initial impression was not fantastic. We arrived late and tired and the receptionist came across as sarcastic and quite frankly a bit irritating when we asked to part pay in cash so we could use up the remainder of our INR before leaving India. The rooms were just about ok: small, windowless, with good working AC. The floor in the bathroom was buckled and fraying. The sheets were old and stained. It did the job for a few hours. The location is really the benefit of this place if you have a long layover.
