Wow! What a place! We loved our stay. The home was welcoming and well outfitted. The hot tub was great, star gazing was amazing! The road in... well, it was rough. Good thing we rented a truck.

sweet place with a few problems

Very nice house in a desert minimal style which I love. Location was isolated and quiet, nice view of Morongo Valley. Hot tub was great, fireplace, well-stocked kitchen. So Mrs. Lincoln what didn’t you like? I went there to work and discovered, after two days of fussing, that the router only supports two simultaneous connections. I needed four to work effectively. I forgot my power strip and inquired to the owner whether there was an extension cord in the house but never got an answer. Finally I had trouble sleeping and I *never* have trouble sleeping. Normal bed with nice linens but it was not restful. One more thing. A good chunk of the dirt road coming in was not graded. I’m driven dirt roads throughout JT for years but this one was almost washed out. I made it in a normal car during dry weather because I had sufficient ground clearance. Owners have no control over this of course. I recommend you take something other the Ferrari to get there.

Great place to star gaze!

We were very happy with our stay. The views gorgeous and we got to see shooting stars every night. I would highly recommend.

Beautiful location and great style

We were fortunate enough to stay at this beautiful property during a strawberry full moon. Major kudos for the aesthetic of the entire property the person who designed this has great taste. I highly recommend this for a secluded getaway. I’ll definitely stay here again.

Peaceful

The property was very nice and secluded. If you are looking for a getaway from everything this place provides. The weather was nice in April and the view of the night sky from the property was perfect. I was in town for Coachella and the drive from the property was not bad, but I would not recommend it for those weary of the road. GPS leads right to the property so that was great. My only concern was the unimproved road leading to the house. Its not bad but the owners do give fair warning.

Amazing little modern getaway

This place has a beautiful overlook of the town, which is very quiet and peaceful and had all the accommodations we needed and then some. Very close to the preserve which was an amazing hike.

Fantastic property! Quiet and uniquely scenic.

Had a great stay. Extremely clean and fresh. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Lots of thoughtful and useful items; sun hats, flashlights, blankets and binoculars for checking out the views are just a few. Hot tub is in nice condition and clean. Uncluttered and comfortable. This is the way vacation rentals should be. Great work!

Great location, quiet neighborhood

Warm, comfy, full of light. We really enjoyed the hot tub after long days hiking in Joshua Tree. Well appointed. Beautiful view.
