Fun, relaxing place to stay. 8 mineral pools, bar and restaurant, friendly, helpful staff.
Very relaxing stay with 8 mineral pools open 24 hours, restaurant on site, even live entertainment poolside one evening. Front desk people were very welcoming and helpful.
Cafe was excellent, pools warm, staff friendly. Grounds were in need of work and rooms needed work.
This is good value for a hot spring spa hotel. Love the pools! Staff members were friendly and provided all we needed.
The property smelled of clorox so was seemingly clean, but eveything was imcredibly old and dilapidated. I was very uncomfortable. And the curtains didn’t completely cover the sliding door which was in a high traffic area. I used the old chair to pin the curtain to the wall so my bed where i slept was not easily visible. Staff and check in and out were nice. I asked for the 12pm checkout upon my late night check in, since i arrived nearly 12am. Tired from my travel and work. They said no problem. But the cleaning staff knocked on my door at 8am, 9am, 1015 am and 1145am. I was PISSED. What was the point if it was a one-night stay and checkout is 11am. Why was i harrassed?!
The room that we checked into was dirty and stinking badly. The toilet was clogged and non-functioning. We forced ourselves to check out the next morning and had to book a new hotel for our two-day trip. The staff was non-cooperative and did not even issue a refund for the 2nd-day reservation.
Great hot spring polls, nice restaurant, the hotel rooms need a renovation.
The proerty was very relaxed friendly staff and the cafe food is excellent
What I like is the swimming pools, and different temperatures, staff is really friendly, rooms that I booked were not clean , and other .so I went to front office and and let them know and receptionist was really nice she found other rooms to accommodate us.It would be nice to upgrade hotel . Would like to come back for the pools
They did not give me the room that I did not have a reservation. I am very upset. I always buy here My trips
Lots of homeless hang out on property. Everything is extremely outdated. There was lots of hair on bathroom shower wall not cleaned. Sports bar and restaurant outdated. Not worth the price only thing good was pools
The poolside room has easy access to either of the eight swimming pools.
I absolutely loved the natural mineral springs. The pool temperature was measured and posted on a board numerous times through the day. The facility is old but well maintained. Our hotel room was clean, it had a mini fridge, microwave and a coffeemaker. The air heater loud, but everything was working properly. When we needed extra towels, a blanket and more coffee they were brought to the room very fast. Staff was polite and friendly.
Upon arrival, what I am assuming is the owner ( an older gentleman ) and a concierge person were loudly having a meeting in the public lobby about a staff member. Comments about the staff member being annoying, a pain in the ass, a druggy, and not trustworthy made me feel very uncomfortable and honestly a little concerned about the security. I’ve stayed before - and this was actually the second time I have observed a similar conversation in a public area of the building. Not professional and had they looked up, they would have realized that other people were also noticing the conversation and feeling uneasy. Secondarily, they put us in a room that was literally in a hallway / breeze way that looked like a storage or mechanical space. It was obvious that there were multiple suites available, and we had selected a standard rate suite when we booked. Curious as to why the staff member put us there when there were other options. He even commented that the hotel Had been quite quiet and we would have plenty of privacy and space at the pools after the day visitors left - which was very true...I work in hospitality, would never put a repeat client in a horrible room like that when there are plenty of other options. Anyhow.... it’s lovely to be in the pools and that’s the only reason we would give the place another shot.

Hello Julie We do apologize and will speak with the housekeeping manager as this isn't our routine. I am so sorry. We always try to help our guests in any way we can. Please do come visit us again.
The room that we checked into was dirty and stinking badly. The toilet was clogged and non-functioning. We forced ourselves to check out the next morning and had to book a new hotel for our two-day trip. The staff was non-cooperative and did not even issue a refund for the 2nd-day reservation.
We do apologize you felt we didn't handle this correctly for you. You did book through a third party and not directly through our hotel. So we are unable to refund you directly through us. As for the room we will take this up with higher management.
Thank you Heather.
