Every year, at least once, we come here to enjoy the mineral pools and the pleasant weather. I believe that late autumn and early spring are the best times to visit.
The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and great. The hotel conditions are generally okay; it is an old historic area, and no upgrades to the property have been made so far. However, the staff does their best to keep it clean and well-maintained, which shows.
Since we come for the waters, the other issues do not bother us too much. My only suggestion is that the pool rules could be stricter and clearer, especially for day pass users. Sometimes, a problematic crowd visits with a careless attitude toward others and does not adhere to the simple rules of quiet coexistence.
