We paid, checked in at the front desk, on our way to the room we decided to eat the $250 and spend $400 additional to book somewhere else. The first impression of the hotel condition was so bad we paid double plus the cost of booking this place to stay somewhere else. This isn’t a hotel. It’s a motel.

The building and room was in bad repair. I entered the lobby to a lot of mad unhappy people waiting for their room. The front desk people didn't know how to work the checkin system and the code they gave me to enter into the gated parking area.

Perfect winter getaway! The best time to visit is January through March — the weather is absolutely perfect. We practically had the place to ourselves, which made it even more relaxing and peaceful. The hot springs were amazing, and the overall atmosphere was calm and rejuvenating. Highly recommend if you want a quiet escape!

The room was clean and the staff was great. Yes, it needs some renovation, but for the price it was very nice. The room was large, facing the pool area. Several hot tubs were up and running. Also, the restaurant was great and reasonable prices.

The place advertised Spa, facials and massage. They do not exist. This is fault advertising. Refund my money. I let the third and they credited it. The hotel probably hasn’t had any improvements since it was built.

The room was very clean and the beds were excellent. Super happy to have a first floor room that opened straight onto the pool area. It didn't bother me but there were a lot of signs of age in the room (bathroom paint...). Outstanding deal for the room which is what I wanted.

They didn’t have the room ready until after 5:30 PM when check-in was supposed to be at 3 PM so we just waited around. Once we got to the room it was not clean. Long dark hair all over the bathroom floor the room is in really bad shape the back patio door wouldn’t lock, no air conditioning, ice machine broke. The neighborhood was not good, not safe to walk anywhere alone. We asked for some compensation for the late check-in and they wouldn’t do anything about it.

The room was.in good condition. The staff were professional and friendly. The hot pools did experience some below temperature issues. The dry air sauna is good. The area outside had some construction going on, so one could hear the beep beeping over night.

Very outdated hotel but the rooms were as clean as they could be . However we stayed 3 nights and there was no room service at all done in my room or the other room our friends stayed in. No option for bottled water after the gift shop is closed. Smelled like pot every night when we walked to the rooms. Pools were nice to soak in but again very outdated overall. Room service would have changed my rating

I want to say nice things because the staff was so lovely. But the hotel itself is somewhat run down. It's not horrible, but the sink was chipped, hard to find outlets that worked, the carpets in the hall were in bad shape. I heard Covid 2020 really hit this place hard and it shows. They didn't give me the room I booked so I got a discount, which was the decent thing. I wish the hotel the best in bouncing back and making some upgrades, b/c I met guests there who experienced it in its former glory and spoke highly of what it once was.
