We came on a day when the weather was 117' F. The hotel design is very nice with lots of outdoor seats and nice pool area. We loved it, didn't wanna leave.

Nice hotel with excellent outdoor pool and spas. Room was modern and had everything one needs. No breakfast but plenty of options heading west in Palm Springs. Not a fancy area like in Palm Springs, but if you are only staying for one night it is fine.

its nothing more than motel, and I don't know why they call it a Hotel...

The trip was good. The staff was really friendly and helpful.

After checking out the various smaller hotels, this one was the best ranked online-- all other sites combined. The staff and service were great. The room was on the smaller side, but comfortable. But, the t.v. was pretty small and the channels were analog-- no cable and very limited selection. This was a downside because I was really looking forward to staying in and just hanging out on the hotel property and the room. Also, the restaurant did not have their liquor license yet, despite what the picture on the website suggests. During our stay, it was also really windy and loud. Lastly, there were A LOT of young kids in the pool area and they were loud at all hours.

We have been guests here at least five times and have enjoyed our stay each time . The rooms are clean and the bathrooms nice. One complaint is that there is no place to hang our wet suits. To hang them on the curtain rod, only gets the floor soaking wet. Also wish there were better TV stations. All you get are old reruns of the same program. Invest in cable with better stations. We are not there to watch TV, however, after a long day it is nice to watch TV before turning in for the night. The front desk employees are always very pleasant and helpful.

We will not be returning to stay at this hotel. Size of the room was comfortable for 2 people but we didn't enjoy staying there. The A/C was really loud so it did not render us a good night's rest. The fan in the bathroom was loud also. There was the crooked lamp shade, crooked wall hanging TV, trash basket lining was tied so tight that trash won't fall into the basket/can. Counters/table tops felt sticky and the mattress spring popped twice while I slept in it. I'm 5' weighing 110 lbs. The one side of the bed didn't have a night stand so you would have to put your reading glasses, water glass, tissue box or whatever else on the floor. We didn't trust to put anything on the floor but our shoes. The lady who checked us in didn't seem like she enjoyed working there at all. No eye contact or smile until I made the extra effort to do the eye contact and gave the smile. I can over look this last part because we all have "off" or bad days but the quality of the room cannot be over looked if we're to re-visit again.

The hotel is easily accessible to many Palm Springs activities. Plenty of golf courses nearby. Close to local casinos. It is in a area that gets a lot of wind.

Staff was very friendly but i was amazed how clean and comforting the room was. Very affordable.

Great stay. Need better windows/thicker walls. Other than that, it was a restful and quiet stay.

My husband and I stayed at the Premium King Soleil Suite for a relaxing birthday weekend. The room has a private jetted jacuzzi with mineral spring water, a king sized bed, and 2 televisions, one in the jacuzzi room and the other in in the living/bedroom area. The televisions are not equipped with cable, so you are limited to watching fuzzy local channels. The entire room smells like bleach and it was impossible to get the smell out through our stay. We really could not tell whether or not the water in the jacuzzi was mineral spring water since the water smelled so much of bleach. The walls are so thin and you can hear a surround sound of all the people walking around and above the rooms. We could not sleep through the night and the morning due to these noises. I called the front desk to complain and they did not give a single thought nor did they try to do anything to solve this issue. The only pro about this hotel is the availability of suites with private jacuzzis (again, not sure about the jacuzzi having mineral spring water). Everything else was really disappointing. This hotel is suitable to stay for groups who are looking to party all night without sleep.

Everything is good except the old woman at the check-in counter. She needs more training to speed up the check-in process and to have good manner to welcome customers. This is my second time in a month that encountered with her with unpleasant experience.

The hotel was not it advertised to be. We were not able to book the spa treatment that we want. Also the bed was extremely uncomfortable.

I don't care where i stay as long as it isn't My in laws who reside in Desert Hot Springs, overall pleasant but I wish the Bar would be open during the week instead of weekends because my In Laws Drive me to drink

Aqua Soleil Hotel & Mineral Water Spa provides an excellent hotel experience without having to spend $$$. Was also surprised given the remote location.

I am very happy in this hotel because of its 24 hours pool and mineral Jaquzy. I like also the yuga program in Saterday. I hope you can expand its day among weekday. I feel in this hotel like in my home and I am so comfortable. But I see some damage in bathroom that I wish in next time it will be Ok.

The staff was wonderful! Our flight was delayed over 6 hours, putting our arrival time at nearly 5am and yet, the staff was so welcoming and friendly. The reception clerk patiently endured my repeated calls and held our reservation. The front desk constantly refilled a jug of ice water with lemon slices for guests. It was a refreshing sight coming in from the pool or after running errands in 115 degree weather. Each room has its own balcony/patio area, coffee maker, refrigerator, air conditioning, and bathrooms were stocked with unique spa related amenities, and so many towels!! This is the only place I never have to request more - it's wonderful. The janitorial staff is the best in the business! I've never seen such a clean room - nothing was overlooked. Our family will be returning every year!!

Well the bed had an awful smell. A mix between urine and smoke. The toilet didn't flush and the ac didn't cool the room. The front desk agent looked high off some sort of drugs. Never again

It was a very good experience. The movie by the pool was awesome staff was nice and friendly! The hotel was nice and relaxing and the spa was just perfect! I definitely would recommend this hotel.

Staff was delightful and accommodating. We will definetly return soon and tell all our friends and family about this resort.

Hello, Valued Guest. Thank you for your feedback as well as this opportunity to clear up the confusion about the difference between a motel and a hotel. A motel's room doors open up to the parking lot, hence, the description "motor hotel" or motel. As you'll recall your room door opened up to an outside hallway that overlooks the enclosed courtyard in the center of our property, not our parking lot, hence, the accurate description of our property as a hotel not a motel. Be that as it may, we are grateful for your business and we do hope to see you back again at our hotel.

Trash basket won't let you put trash in it because it was tied so tight!
