Ice machine was broken. Food was cold. We had to keep calling to get fresh towels, and eventually told my husband that it would be a lot faster if he would pick them up himself at the front desk. The worst part was the day of check out you have house keeping knocking on your door as early as 10 am when your checkout is not until 12 pm. I could understand 30 min before checkout but 2 hours before is ridiculous. Lighting in the room is horrible and it looks really outdated. Beds are also really hard.

The room was in poor condition. The phone and furniture was missing. As explained fmby the front desk, it was recently renovated so it smelled like chemicals and they forgot to put the items back in the room. Staff was supposed to come by and bring seating for ys, but they never did.

It was very generic- can feel the paint over to “spruce” up. Very thin walls- so street traffic is heard as well as rooms above you. Shower curtain was way too small so water got everywhere. Sliding door curtain was also too small so porch light and outside lights showed through. Overall it was okay, “upgrades “ are bare minimum and original bones definitely still show through.

For the price paid everything was great. However, with Hotel and Spa in the name though, I expected a bit more. The room had no hand soap, iron or blow dryer. We stayed 4 days and our room was never cleaned or towels restocked. They do not have full time masseuse on staff so need to make reservation at least 2 hours ahead.
