Aqua Soleil Hotel & Mineral Water Spa

Nice, very clean hotel. However, they could stand to install some curtains in the rooms. The only thing they have are the cheap plastic blinds that let a lot of sunlight in, which makes sleeping in a bit of a challenge.

The mineral pools and swimming pool are fabulous. The rooms are all remodeled and have super comfy beds. Convenient location to Palm Springs dnd other desert locations... Joshua Tree etc. I have now stayed here twice and both stays have been cozy

The hotel was clean and the beds comfortable. The pools were lovely although it would be nice if one of the hot pools was "adult only". There were so many little kids running around it made it hard to enjoy the hot pools. The staff were lovely - really helpful and friendly. Other than too many noisy kids, the worst things about the hotel were the terrible TV - way too small for the room and lousy channel selection - and the horrible, useless internet. If you want to enjoy TV or a movie in your room, forget it. We were there 4 nights and couldn't access the internet at all. When we complained we were told there were a lot of guests. Duh - it's a hotel, there are supposed to be guests. For this reason we probably wouldnt go back although the hotel itself was nice.

This is an older (mid 60's?) hotel being updated. It is both funky and and quaint. It has a very large mineral water pool, but we didn't have time to use it. The restaurant is fantastic. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again if we ever return to the area.

Very nice. Staff very nice Clean pool and hot tub always open

Loved the lime green color scheme. So cool. My only complaint is no free coffee/breakfast in the lobby.

Got to this hotel at about 2am and got checked in and the friendly front desk staff told us we could take a dip in the hot tub. It was super nice and the rooms were clean and decorated very moderly. Definitely a great place to stay and I will definitely be back.

Amazing hotel! Don't even look at another hotel, just book here! It is the nicest and cleanest hotel I have stayed in even compared to 5-star fancy hotels. The room was new and modern, the staff are friendly and the property is well cared for. If you can, upgrade to a room with a private pool. You won't disappointed!

We came on a day when the weather was 117' F. The hotel design is very nice with lots of outdoor seats and nice pool area. We loved it, didn't wanna leave.

Nice hotel with excellent outdoor pool and spas. Room was modern and had everything one needs. No breakfast but plenty of options heading west in Palm Springs. Not a fancy area like in Palm Springs, but if you are only staying for one night it is fine.

its nothing more than motel, and I don't know why they call it a Hotel...

The trip was good. The staff was really friendly and helpful.

After checking out the various smaller hotels, this one was the best ranked online-- all other sites combined. The staff and service were great. The room was on the smaller side, but comfortable. But, the t.v. was pretty small and the channels were analog-- no cable and very limited selection. This was a downside because I was really looking forward to staying in and just hanging out on the hotel property and the room. Also, the restaurant did not have their liquor license yet, despite what the picture on the website suggests. During our stay, it was also really windy and loud. Lastly, there were A LOT of young kids in the pool area and they were loud at all hours.

We have been guests here at least five times and have enjoyed our stay each time . The rooms are clean and the bathrooms nice. One complaint is that there is no place to hang our wet suits. To hang them on the curtain rod, only gets the floor soaking wet. Also wish there were better TV stations. All you get are old reruns of the same program. Invest in cable with better stations. We are not there to watch TV, however, after a long day it is nice to watch TV before turning in for the night. The front desk employees are always very pleasant and helpful.

We will not be returning to stay at this hotel. Size of the room was comfortable for 2 people but we didn't enjoy staying there. The A/C was really loud so it did not render us a good night's rest. The fan in the bathroom was loud also. There was the crooked lamp shade, crooked wall hanging TV, trash basket lining was tied so tight that trash won't fall into the basket/can. Counters/table tops felt sticky and the mattress spring popped twice while I slept in it. I'm 5' weighing 110 lbs. The one side of the bed didn't have a night stand so you would have to put your reading glasses, water glass, tissue box or whatever else on the floor. We didn't trust to put anything on the floor but our shoes. The lady who checked us in didn't seem like she enjoyed working there at all. No eye contact or smile until I made the extra effort to do the eye contact and gave the smile. I can over look this last part because we all have "off" or bad days but the quality of the room cannot be over looked if we're to re-visit again.

The hotel is easily accessible to many Palm Springs activities. Plenty of golf courses nearby. Close to local casinos. It is in a area that gets a lot of wind.

Staff was very friendly but i was amazed how clean and comforting the room was. Very affordable.

Great stay. Need better windows/thicker walls. Other than that, it was a restful and quiet stay.

My husband and I stayed at the Premium King Soleil Suite for a relaxing birthday weekend. The room has a private jetted jacuzzi with mineral spring water, a king sized bed, and 2 televisions, one in the jacuzzi room and the other in in the living/bedroom area. The televisions are not equipped with cable, so you are limited to watching fuzzy local channels. The entire room smells like bleach and it was impossible to get the smell out through our stay. We really could not tell whether or not the water in the jacuzzi was mineral spring water since the water smelled so much of bleach. The walls are so thin and you can hear a surround sound of all the people walking around and above the rooms. We could not sleep through the night and the morning due to these noises. I called the front desk to complain and they did not give a single thought nor did they try to do anything to solve this issue. The only pro about this hotel is the availability of suites with private jacuzzis (again, not sure about the jacuzzi having mineral spring water). Everything else was really disappointing. This hotel is suitable to stay for groups who are looking to party all night without sleep.

Everything is good except the old woman at the check-in counter. She needs more training to speed up the check-in process and to have good manner to welcome customers. This is my second time in a month that encountered with her with unpleasant experience.
