Visitors must park near RVs to the left of the gate. No overnight visitors. Visitor hours 10am-10pm. Visitors are subject to a day use fee of $35

The owners were very welcoming & accommodating to our needs and our dog's needs. It is a very cool place and would stay again. The grounds are lovely. The host responded to questions very quickly.

Nice area and very close to the giant pumpkin farm. Fun times visiting our son in Moorpark. Brooke was helpful when we needed a coffee pot she sent it down immediately. Kind owners and definitely worth the money to stay here in their beautiful carriage house. Aloha

Xmas Celebration

My sister & I stayed in the Airstream while our 3 adult children stayed in the Carriage House. We had one pm that we lost power but Brooke immediately addressed & fixed the issue the next morning. The grounds are beautiful and we took advantage of the pool & hot tub. Highly recommend this property. You will have a great time!

The property was a perfect spot to celebrate my daughters' birthdays! The industrial chic decor is modern and welcoming. The beds are comfortable and there was plenty of space for the four of us to celebrate. Every detail is well thought out. The overall grounds are stunning with the pool/spa, tennis courts, fire pit, and cute outdoor seating areas. The beautiful vintage street lights up the driveway and bistro lights around the property create a quaint evening vibe. The property is like something out of a Jane Austen novel. My family loved staying there and will be back again!
