L'emplacement de l'appartement est excellent. La communication avec le propriétaire s'est très bien passée.Nous avons profité d'une cuisine très bien équipée, avec lave-linge et sèche-linge.Les chambres sont spacieuses avec du rangement, parfait pour un séjour de plusieurs jours.La literie est très confortable.On se sent bien dans cet appartement.La propreté est ok.Un point à noter : la salle de bain est petite, le lavabo très étroit.

Amazing location

We loved the location of this adorable apartment. Extremely walkable, so many delicious food options right downstairs. The apartment has plenty of sleeping areas for everyone, plus nice to have the kitchen and washer/dryer for our family during the longer stay. It's a tad creaky, and the bathroom sink is tiny, but that's just part of its charm.

We had a pleasant stay in this apartment. It is well located in an area with an active night life. . It has the character of an older apartment, with creaky floors. Well equipped for cooking. The communication with the owners was easy, as was check in.

The apartment was perfect for our trip to Montreal. Located in a neighborhood with everything you need to stock the kitchen or just eat our and walking distance from amazing shops, food, and easy transit access. I adored they stock of coffee and the beds we all comfy and luxurious. WILL BE BACK!

Great location and property

Great location, closed to many good eats and shops. Clean, and spacious apartment. The only complaint is we were given the wrong door code and couldn’t get in the apartment for an hour before being able to get in touch with one of the owners.

Fantastic location…

We stayed here for the Thanksgiving weekend. The property is perfectly located close to what Montreal has to offer. It was very well equipped and comfortable for our family. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Would highly recommend

Great location!

Loved the area, right on Mont-Royal, unit was clean and well appointed. Beds comfortable. Cute patio/deck off kitchen. We had issues with the TV but was promptly dealt with by Marty(host). We had a parking fiasco when we first arrived and was told we had to find alternate parking which was horrible driving around in rush hour Friday evening. Was finally resolved and our parking fee was reimbursed. Other than that would recommend!

Great location, average apt

Pros Fabulous location - can walk or bixi bike everywhere. Beds comfortable Quiet Good restaurants nearby Kitchen has the basics Cons Old apt so floors squeak loudly if some people are sleeping and others arent Bathroom - no fan or window so gets quite stuffy and smelly. Also bath plug didn’t work and sink didn’t drain The terrace looks onto a decrepit building and not inviting

Montreal Visit

3 words....LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION!!!! This well appointed and comfortable apartment in the heart of the Plateau was perfect for my family! Roomy, close to parks, cafes, the Metro and some of the best coffee I've had in a long time :) Even though 1 bedroom faced the street, it was very quiet and peaceful. Our hosts were really kind and responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a true "city experience".

wonderful spot

We had a comfortable excellent stay here. We all slept well (great beds), and the kitchen was well equipped for us (stove top espresso maker!). The location is fabulous and the foozeball table was a bonus with the kids.

Great location away from tourists

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is located in the Plateau section of Montreal, with many resident Montreal-ers living all around. That means great restaurants, bakeries, markets, small shops all within walking distance and easy access to the Metro and the bus. (Not so many tourists) You get a real sense of how residents of Montreal actually live. The apartment is warm and cozy and well-appointed with everything you need to cook as much as you want. Our only difficulty was feeling uncertain about the street entrance upon arrival. The Uber driver dropped us at a corner rather than right in front of the apartment entrance and we felt uncertain about which door/keypad to use. Once we knew which one it was, we had no problems. We would highly recommend this apartment for your Montreal stay.

Great apartment & location!

My wife and I loved this place. The location of this apartment on Avenue Mont Royal is incredible. The street in this area is closed to traffic during the summer and is pedestrian promenade populated with many restaurants featuring covered al fresco dining, as well as some bars and other businesses. very nice park with a lake within easy walking distance. We dined al fresco every day. There is a good variety of ethnic restaurants nearby. The Apartment itself is one flight up from the street, very comfortable, well equipped, and decorated. Getting in was very smooth, thanks to an access code provided close to check-in time. We highly recommend this apartment! David and Carolyn, New Orleans, Louisiana

Family Trip

At the last minute, they had to move our booking due to repairs. They were clear with every communication and easily upgraded us to an equally fantastic, larger space.
