Le St-Martin Hôtel Particulier truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome with their warm and professional service. The location is unbeatable—right in downtown Montreal, just steps away from great shopping, restaurants, and public transit. Our room was beautifully designed, modern yet cozy, and absolutely spotless. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like the Nespresso machine, luxurious bathrobes, and rainfall shower. The fireplace in the room added a perfect touch of elegance and warmth. The small boutique feel makes it feel very personal and exclusive, without sacrificing the amenities of a larger hotel. The rooftop pool is a serene escape with beautiful city views, and the fitness center was well-maintained. Overall, Le St-Martin is a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and location. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation to anyone visiting Montreal

We asked for soap several times and were told yes but they don’t offer it? So we went and bought some! The empty restaurant for lease for 2 years gives a negative impression. The breakfast was better than expected and the staff were friendly and efficient there. Great location.

Pros: Relatively quiet on the 16th floor. Allowed for early check in. Cons: There was no handsoap in the washroom upon arrival to the room. Hair was found in the tub, prior to use. There is a spelling error on the caution note left for guests warning of a charge to the room for any water damage caused by overfilling the soaker tub.

I went to take a shower and I opened the shower door to see that it had lots of black hair - so it had not been cleaned. I went to the front desk and they provided a new room. However the new room had the same situation in the shower. There were black hairs in the shower so I had to run the shower and clean it. I didn’t complain the second time as it was late and I just wanted a shower. Also, I my husband was working in the room (room 1104) and one of the cleaning staff was outside the room, on their phone for over an hour. They weren’t doing anything but talking on the phone very loud, disturbing the guests. Thank you
