Staff was very friendly, extremely helpful and well mannered. They speak both French and English languages. It was nice of them to speak with us in English, as we did not speak French. Rooms were good, clean and ready for us. Hot water and all amenities in the room, fridge, microwave, everything worked well. Even cable was good, kids loved it. Rooms have complimentary wifi (password: last name and room no) which is activated once you check in. They have a small in-house pantry, you pay for basic items, foods, chips, etc, which was good. Also there is in house gym. The hotel is located very close to convenience stores, Mcdonald is walkable distance. Overall very comfortable beds to sleep-in and we had very pleasant stay. Thanks for all front desk staff for making our stay in Montreal after 10years a memorable one. Paul from Room1412

Hôtel St Laurent was exactly what we needed. Secure Underground parking, big bedroom with tv, lots of storage option, living room with tv, full kitchen with everything needed (no dish soap), nice size bathroom, free laundry, no housekeeping for stays less than 7 days but staff was really good at giving extra towels, very affordable, gym, small kitchen appliances available, pantry ($$) with a good variety of food, good location walkable to lots of restaurants, old Montreal, Chinatown, grocery stores, subway station. Will definitely book Hotel St Laurent in the future. (I would recommend upgrading the tvs to smart tvs)

It is a 3-star hotel so that is what you get. We were not that close to the elevator but could hear it loud & clear, so we slept with the bathroom fan on. Smells from the other kitchens wafted into our room, so opened our window. Our room keys had to be reprogrammed several times but the staff was helpful. The beds & pillows were comfortable & the shampoo, conditioner & shower gel were well stocked.

We got our room up graded and we enjoyed. The 2 bedrooms suite were clean and spacious. We asked for late check out and the agreed to accomodated us. Matress are very comfortable and the staff are friendly. We hardly recommand it!!!
