Property is under complete renovation. I wish I had known while booking a hotel . Fortunately for Embassy Suites all staff there are excellent people and they made the staff a decent stay.

The suite had all the amenities for a family. The sofa sleeper had a loose pillow and would slip with sitting. Lounge Tv volume had issues. Bathroom was very spacious.

Loved the location. Very convenient in Old Town. Walkable to restaurants and tourist spots. Nice staff too. The room was a little outdated. It clean and large with a kitchen. They had breakfast and happy hour drinks included. Would stay again and I highly recommend it.

First time canada visit.

First time ever going to Canada. Hotel was right on main strip, quick walk to china town or Notre Dame. very friendly staff, clean rooms , even gave a drink tickets for happy hour great touch. Parking was a nightmare underground garage 6 ft height. Very tight fit with a truck. If going from USA remember no cell service till you can find a spot with wifi. So dont turn off your GPS map. Only other thing i could say is pillows are feather and flatten out to nothing. So rough night sleep. King suite was open pleanty room to move around.

Great location, within walking distance of all the main sights. Slightly dated suite with a good kitchenette but no cutlery or crockery! Breakfast was okay, the staff worked hard to fill everything up but guests were pushing and shoving others to get food, horrible. A one way system would work better. Overall, a great place for one night.

Breakfast worked out great! Only had the free reception once, cheese would have been good. Not very quiet, garbage pickup at 6 am is a little too much. Tub didn’t bubble but a good soak was nice. It’s in a good location!
