Super friendly, great location- was able to shop downtown, walk to old montreal and enjoy a variety of restaurants nearby. Room was comfortable and clean . I would definitely stay here again

I stayed at this hotel 5 years ago and it seems to have deteriorated. The carpets in the rooms are old and need to be replaced with vinyl flooring. The carpets looked dirty. The bathrooms are up to date and clean. TV channels are limited. Guests should not have to pay $2 for coffee in their rooms. Any other hotels I've stayed at, provide free coffee in rooms. It would also be nice to have an elevator installed for guests who have mobility issues. The staff was wonderful and very friendly.

This hotel is an old building and people with mobility problems must avoid it because there are stairs - stairs and more stairs to reach the rooms. Overall staff is good and helpful. Valet service must be used otherwise it will be a great hassle. Area around the hotel is nice with lots of affoardable dining options.
