Good location for overnight stop

Close to motorway. Secure parking. Friendly and informative reception staff. Clean room with well equiped kitchen. Well maintained. Comfortable bed, no noises effecting sleep. Breakfast buffet gave a reasonable choice of fresh food. Would use again.

Difficult but OK

Checking in to this hotel was difficult. We came with our own car and eventually parked on the street and asked how do you find reception. I walked right past it on my long search as it has no signage and behind a security gate. The room that we stayed in was also behind a security gate at another building. The room was clean but only 2 very small pillows and I was unable to work out the airconditioner. No phone link to talk to the front counter and no instructions about anything upon check-in.

Why don't hotels have inclusive prices?

This is a 'Ryanair' hotel - you pay for the room, anything else is extra (parking, wifi, breakfast). You can pick up food from the supermarket just across the road, and use the kitchenette in your apartment. 15 minutes from the beaches, and just a few minutes from the old town of Montpellier. Comfortable bed, and good shower. We had a little balcony with table and chairs. Hotel is on a busy road which our room overlooked, so there were noise issues. Overall good value for the price we paid.

We stayed for 3 nights as a nice break from camping on our cycle tour. The apartment was nice and spacious and even had a satellite sports channel that allowed me to watch my Wellington (nz) rugby team win their semi final (all the sports bars were closed at that hour).
