"This is a sort of remodeled motor lodge on the bay side out on Montauk. I got the smallest room. It is nicely remodeled with a super comfortable bed. The kitchenette is fine. Bathroom nice and clean. The whole place is remodeled and nice, but it sits on the bones of an old motor lodge, so you can only do so much with that footprint. I was satisfied, except I had the worst room in the place, with the largest minus being the lack of sound proofing. Location is great, right by the golf course and near everything in Montauk."
