I absolutely loved the view from our room and the overall experience! I would definitely stay here again if I return to Montauk. The entire place was fantastic, from the ocean view to the friendly staff! I loved how the Montauk strip wasn’t far away-probably a 6-minute drive! The area was nice and quiet.

Not recommended

You cannot charge $350-$400 a night and not have coffee or coffee pods the room or an ice machine on property. There was a dead bug in the envelope for the cleaning service. Also, there should be a time - 8pm where children cannot screaming in the pool and running around the property loudly.

Our unit was a 2 bedroom 1 bath. Ocean facing. Our table and chairs outside were cheap old and mismatched! Completely wobbly and filthy. The bathroom was nice but the rest of unit old. Outdated cheap furniture. No tv in bedrooms. Expected better. Air conditioning was good!

Very nice layout. However, I thought that the beach was more accessible. You have to climb down these stairs in order to get to the beach water. The pictures online are deceiving.
