The host provided a great welcome with detailed instructions for all of the apartment amenities, as well as information about local restaurants, tours, and the best stores for local food specialities. The view was magnificent and provided great sunrises and sunsets. Conveniently located to walk to markets and shops.

Excellent apartment with everything you might need for a comfortable holiday.The location and view were exactly as described, perhaps even better.The welcome from our host was friendly, helpful and very informative. The booking of a secure car parking space not far away was a bonus as we could leave the car safely tucked away and use the very good public transport.A further delight was the range of restaurants, bars and quality food shops within close proximity. Menton itself has lots to offer; magnificent gardens, beaches, shops and walks, and glorious late September weather.We are so pleased that we chose this apartment, it was a comfortable base for a great holiday.

Superb and spacious apartment. Great views and convenient to everything. Catherine's meet and greet very informative and useful. Everything provided including beach towels. Beach is just a street away. We would definately stay here again.

Appartement confortable avec de très belles vues

Catherine est très sympathique et attentionnée. On s’est rencontré par hasard quelques fois dans la rue ou dans des commerces et on prenait le temps de se parler pour échanger sur nos activités. L’appartement est à côté d’un excellent petit resto qui offre une cuisine comme on aime manger à la maison, avec légumes. Il y a aussi la meilleure boulangerie à 2 pas. Une excellente rôtisserie à 4 pas, où une préposée très serviable et souriante nous offre de bonnes options pour nos repas. Le Spar et la fruiterie nous dépannent très bien et les gens qui y travaillent sont gentils. Excellente pizzeria à 5 pas. Ce qui fait le charme de l’appartement ce sont les vues magnifiques sur la mer et les montagnes que ce soit par les grandes fenêtres de la salle de séjour et de la chambre à coucher, ou de la cuisine et de la salle de bain. On a déjà recommandé cet hébergement à nos amis.

Sehr schöne, gut ausgestattete und saubere Ferienwohnung! Super Lage, nur über eine Straße und man befindet sich direkt am Meer! Die Altstadt ist fußläufig ebenfalls gut zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Catherine klappt sehr gut!

Menton stay

Lovely apartment, clean, very well equipped. Good file with information on local sights. Catherine was very knowledgeable and was able to advise us on things to see, walks to do and the local bus services. View of the sea and mountains as described. Would highly recommend. It is on the 3rd floor but there is a lift.

Perfect!

What a great flat! Excellent location with a view of the sea and close to the Promenade de Soleil. Lovely walk along the promenade into old Menton. Flat was clean, comfortable and quiet. Great boulangerie next-door - and a Carrefour Express close by (but I preferred going to the old market). Catherine, the host, was excellent - very welcoming and happy to explain everything about Menton and the flat (and local restaurants). I would stay here again tomorrow! Menton is my happy place! Thank you, Catherine!

comfortable, well placed appartment

The appartment is in a good location with lovely views to front and back. It is situated within easy walking distance of train, buses, shops and other amenities. Flat had everything we needed for our 10 day stay. A very warm welcome from the owner who took time to give us a lot of useful information about Menton and surrounding area.

Lovely Menton Apartment

The photos on the site are very accurate. The views are charming--the sea on one side and the mountains on another. Very quiet, calm environment--good for working from home or just for vacation. The apartment has everything we needed for cooking and relaxing. The location is great. It is walking distance to everything we needed--convenience stores, restaurants, the beach and the train station (to visit other nearby towns and to go to Italy for the day). It's also a lovely 15 minute walk along the sea to the historic district of Menton. A charming apartment in a charming town. Thank you, Catherine for your suggestions. We will be back.

Séjour vacances

Pour ce séjour nous ne pouvons que féliciter nos hôtes pour leur accueil et leur disponibilité. Concernant la location, il n'y a absolument rien à redire dans la propreté et l'agencement des locaux ainsi que sur la localisation de la propriété. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cet hébergement. Appartement 17 avenue de la Madone - Menton

Accueil très chaleureux de Catherine. Appartement propre, bien meublé. Catherine a fait tout une documentation sur Menton et ses environs et nous explique ce qu'il y a à découvrir de cette région. Depuis le balcon nous voyons la mer à 50 mètres et depuis la cuisine nous avons une belle vue sur les collines. A recommander.
