We were super disappointed in this choice. The sheets were not changed and full of sand. It was an ordeal to get the problem fixed. When we returned from dinner the problem had been resolved and the owner offered an apology and complimentary breakfast for the morning, which was breads, coffee and juice. Our server was very sweet. Menton is a beautiful must see location and our hotel experience nearly ruined it for us. Once we resettled into a better hotel, everything went fabulously.

Very clean and spacious room. The reception is only open for a certain time during check in. I was not able to check in early however they were able to store my bags in the meantime. Elevator not working if you have heavy bags and are on a higher floor. Would recommend!

I really liked that the hotel is super accessible to the railway station, beach front and local shops and amenities. There was good air con and the bed was a good size double and very comfortable. The room had character with a marble fireplace, feeling airy with the high ceiling. While it was a small room with a very small bathroom, it served purpose perfectly. I was out a lot so just need a clean safe place to stay. I was a single lady travelling and felt very secure coming back after dark. On the last day my sink plug got stuck and the gentleman at reception was super helpful and friendly, remedying the issue quickly and courteously. The decor of other parts of the hotel from what I saw was cute and quaint. My room was tidied every day which was appreciated. An early check was fine as the chamber maid kindly took my key when I left. Merci!

This a very affordable and well located property. It had everything we needed. It's not a luxurious place- in fact is very basic but that's why is affordable. We had a great rest in it because it's very quiet. The beds are very comfortable. The AC worked amazingly well. The shower had great pressure and the hot water worked very well.

I would personally not recommend this hotel

Check-in was a nightmare. It was supposed to be at 3pm but we didn't get checked in until 3.10pm, having to wait in a vert small dining room full of other people and luggage.

Good value but needs work

Hotel is fairly new and in great location. Staff is helpful, AC was amazing, and bed was cozy. Unfortunately, they put me in a bad room. I was right next to the stairs, and heard every step and conversation as there is pretty much no soundproofing. Bathroom was very outdated, shower drain did not drain water at all so I could only shower for 2 to 3 minutes. Found many ants, crawling on the bathroom floor, which was disgusting. But for the price, this stuff sometimes comes with it, but definitely needs work.

Lovely honey room stay

We were able to make the reservations easily the evening before our check in, the place is in a great location of the town of Menton & near the train station. The room was clean, spacious, and had a lovely view from the balcony. I’d 100% stay here again especially considering reception notified us that we’ll receive a discount next time if we order directly through their website.

I loved our time in Menton, it is the most charming town on the French Riviera! I definitely want to return. The hotel was in a prime location close to the train station, beach, central Menton and more! I would definitely stay here again but one thing that was difficult was the AC. The AC didn't really work and so it was really hot in the room. The staff were super friendly and showed us around Menton! I would recommend staying here minus the AC problem.
