Parking is the only thing that would keep me from returning. Valet is the worst I’ve ever experienced and the only self parking is across the street and it is an extra fee to park there. First hotel I’ve ever had to pay extra to park.

The room and hotel are very nice. However, they charge for parking. We were not prepared for that. You can park across the street for about two dollars less. Also, I heard a train or something around in the middle of the night that interfered with my sleep. And I could hear the traffic outside and the people next to us. But the beds were very comfortable and the place was extremely clean. We were able to leave our dog unattended in the room while we went to a concert. They don’t have a free breakfast and free coffee in the lobby like the other place that I usually stay at. So I probably won’t come back with the parking and everything else.

Everything was perfect,EXCEPT, I didn't realize there was no microwave in the room. The roll in shower was easy for me to navigate my wheelchair through and the shower seat was extremely comfortable. I will return.

The check in process was quick and simple. The breakfast and staff were amazing. We arrived early with a large group, and as the rest of our party joined us, the staff quickly accommodated us by rearranging tables so we could all sit together. They brought coffee directly to our table and even refilled our mugs—despite the coffee station being just a few feet away. The service was truly outstanding!!
