when we came to check in the staff person was not welcoming. she told my husband well you are probably a no show(we arrived at 5:30am) mind you we were exhausted from driving all night. she then gave us our room keys, and my husband was like which way is our room. just awful customer service. we also asked for late check out. but the cleaning people came to our room three times and just yanked on the door trying to get in. needless to say we wont stay there again. but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

I liked the pool I most liked how first desk helped me checking because I didn't have my ID card they was helpful and friendly and understanding about it the bed was so comfortable I slept like a baby

This hotel comfort suites was the dirtiest hotel I’ve stayed at in over 40 years! From the moment we entered, it was filthy! The floors, the chairs and the carpet in my room. No one in our party was comfortable even taking our shoes off because the carpet was filthy. If it wasn’t late I would have walk away and stayed at another hotel! I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone!!! Most uncomfortable stay and sleep in years!
