No heater at all. They set up 66” and can't warm up.

This place is a dump!

First room offered was filthy. Refrigerator, microwave, bathroom fixtures and fire sprinkler covered in rust. Walls had several areas of what might have been mold. Mold on the bathroom ceiling. The top of the wardrobe was covered with a thick layer of dust. Bedsheets were dirty and contained hair. Offered second room. At first appearance it seemed acceptable, but there was no Kleenex, small roaches in the toilet, the toilet was cracked on the bottom and I found a toenail on the bathroom floor. I had stayed at the property before and was stunned by the neglect. I took pictures of all issues and will be sharing them with corporate.

Several maintenance issues in room, missing outlet covers, horrendously beaten up mini fridge, no daily towel service, ALL Ice machines broken, and the list goes only. We visit this area frequently, will never stay here again.

This property was terrible. Unwashed sheets with mascara still on pillow cases. Illicit drugs being used on property grounds. Unfriendly and utterly disrespectful staff. The list of things we didn’t like could go on and on

One of the worst hotels I've been. The staff at the desk was really friendly but the hotel and the room were horrible. I didn’t have much expectations when I went in, but when I got to the room was worst. The room smelled like dirty clothes or carpet. The bathroom was really dirty. It looked like they didn’t clean it for like a whole year. There were a bunch of hairs in the bathroom floor. To make things even worst there was no shower curtain. We were really tired and it was too late and didn’t want to deal with it and were just staying for a night so we let it be, but it was really bad.

Very disappointing in comparison to how property is represented. My room had a live roach in bathroom. Not vacuumed. Smells, and ceiling looked like it was going to cave in.

Had a single queen room on the second floor. Room condition was disappointing. Not very clean and had a moldy smell with visible mold spots on the ceiling. Room needs to be remodeled/painted. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Good location.

Rated staff as neutral while in reality the check in was quick and friendly, the check out clerk was sound asleep in an alcove behind the desk. I stood there for a few minutes but ended up leaving the key card by leaning over the counter a placing them on the keyboard.

Location was great and the staff was very friendly. First impressions were good also, but as my stay continued I realized that there are some issues. The sink in the bathroom was cracked, things were basically dirty. It was fine for my business trip but I wouldn't have wanted my family there.

Property needs updating, hallways are very dirty and carpets stains. Bathrooms need updating. Property overall is ok

Didn’t like anything. Old , noises all night. Tv remote did not work.

No breakfast, vending not on each level. Employees were friendly, room was clean.

The first room we stayed in had a horrible odor. The room was not vacuum and the carpet was filthy. The hotel needs to be updated. The second room the air condition had a bad odor when turned on. The room was not vacuum and it looks like housekeeping does the bare minimum when it comes to cleaning the room. The two rooms we stayed in were full of dust and the decor pillow that goes on the bed had stains. The hotel need to be updated. The hallway floors need to be vacuum. The walls are thin so you can hear the next room conversation. The breakfast is not the best. The staff is nice and the front desk did change my room but I had to ask it wasn’t immediately offered.

My room was never cleaned, ice machine didn't work, ceiling tiles fell in the middle of the night due to water leak. Not like the hotel was cheap!

I didn’t have much expectations when I went in, but when I got to the room was worst. The room smelled like dirty clothes or carpet. The bathroom was really dirty. It looked like they didn’t clean it for like a whole year. There were a bunch of hairs in the bathroom floor. To make things even worst there was no shower curtain. We were really tired and it was too late and didn’t want to deal with it and were just staying for a night so we let it be, but it was really bad.
