"The hotel is a beautiful old hotel. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The problem I had was the first room they put me in was right next to the elevators. The elevator doors were very squeeky, and they kept me up all night every time they opened and closed. I complained and they moved my room. The next room they put me in had a faulty coffee maker. The toilet also didn't flush. Those two issues were solved on day two of my 3 night stay. However, I came back from the convention center after work on day two, and my room was not cleaned. I came back at 3pm. I did complain and the manager offered to move me to a suite for my last night, but I refused as I didn't want to pack and unpack again, just for one night. She said she would give me her card for an upgrade on my next stay but she never gave me the card."
