Not impressed. Should have read reviews before booking. Hotel was outdated and a bit dingy. Breakfast was ok, not great, and on 2nd day I hesitated to even go eat. Outside doors going into building didnt seem secure. One wasn't even shut completely on a night getting back. I honestly wouldnt have felt safe staying by myself. Seemed to have people living there.

The room was clean. The walls are thin. You could hear your neighbor through the wall when they were just talking or watching TV seems a little bit rundown pool area could use some TLC although the pool was 3 feet to 9 feet deep which suits all ages in a family hot tub was hot. The breakfast was mediocre. Nothing special would recommend they clean the waffle makers every now and again as my waffle was black when I pulled it off the waffle maker.

Hotel is dated, dirty, and felt unsafe. I heard multiple people swearing in the hallways. Broken thermostat controlling heat, Broken faucet. Outside doors were not locked at night. Understaffed, had to wait 10-20 minutes every time I needed help at the desk.

I normally wouldn’t write a review. But the overall quality of the hotel and the amenities have really taken a decline over the years. I used to like going to this location, but don’t think I will be returning in the future. Just a bummer since this was a really good spot at one point in time. Only good part of our stay was the staff were nice.

The room looked decent! Could use a better blanket or then a thin one! Heat was set at 66 degrees and it was 76 in the room. Also got up to shower and there was only Luke warm water! Very noisy in hallways, and all security lock were broke on the doors we used! Anyone could walk in thru those doors!

This place is a joke. Incredibly run down, dirty, unsafe. I rented this place just to go to the pool because it was -22 in MN and needed the kids to burn some energy. Looking at the photos, I was excited. Large Pool. Looks clean. Fireplace. Hot tub. Upon arrival, the entry looks dirty, broken, cardboard covering a vent. Got to the room to get suits on. And there was tile missing from the walls. Got to the pool. It was so cold in there, everyone was either in the gross pool or in their winter coats. Fireplace didn't work. fake plants were on their sides and looked trashy. Rust everywhere. And the pool light, was hanging from a cord, just floating around the pool. Should be fined for posting photos like this - total catfished.

The room temperature dropped overnight to 65 and stayed there through the morning. Then there was no hot water for the shower. Also, be aware when booking - you may have a room a block away from the front desk. Staff were pleasant and the rooms were stocked/ clean, just chilly.

Travelers BEWARE - I regret booking only 15 minutes before arrival - my fault because hotel pictures looked beautiful and that within itself was EXTREMELY deceiving. The pictures online did NOT show what this hotel looks like on the inside and outside. Outside, there are windows with cardboard and if I would just have waited 15 more minutes, I would have not stepped foot in this hotel after seeing those windows being covered with cardboard. Then walking in the lobby the floor, atmosphere, it was sooo dungee it was in there made my stomach turn. The water in the tub ran non-stop, toilet barely flushed the toilet paper down so would hate to see if someone did more than flush water and toilet paper down that toilet. The carpet in the room was so old that I would not want to walk around without my shoes. I could go on and on about this hotel. Stayed in the room for only a few minutes and left because it was so bad. Like I said, pictures online do NOT represent how it really looks. Pictures are from the hotel but definitely must have been years ago when it was in better condition. Granted, it’s not Expedias fault on the way this hotel looks except I sure wish pictures were updated to really show what this hotel really looks like. I would rate this hotel a 1 Star and no more.
