Friendly front desk guy… the hotel was itself was outdated and smelled. The room was dirty, only one small garbage, bathroom hadn’t been clean, air didn’t work and the bed was literally hard as a rock. I know you get what you pay for but this was still $100 a night. If this is the case then charge $50

Bathroom has rusted tissue holder, no outlet paper we had to go ask for It, no sink stopper. The security door won’t shut, the sheets were rough and scratchy…worst room I have ever stayed in. One step up from a condemned building. Sleazy might be the appropriate word. You should NOT have this on your list of hotels!!!!

The room was absolutely filthy. Black mold all over the bathroom, floors were extremely dirty. There was some wad of something hanging from the ceiling by the bed. The bed was super hard. Felt like you were sleeping onnthe box spring without the mattress! We were supposed to stay 2 nights and checked out early the next morning.

Our room had good AC and the beds were ok. The lights went out when we plugged in a phone charger. The toilet randomly wouldn’t flush. The freezer was caked in ice. The bathroom light wouldn’t shut off. There was a pile of dirt on the steps. We told them about all these problems and they said they were sorry but no compensation. Oh, and the continental breakfast was coffee, mini donuts, honeybuns, and apple juice.

Staff was very friendly. After returning to my room in the evening, I tried to take a shower but there was no hot water. The following morning it was resolved. Brought this up to staff when checking out and was compensated appropriately without even asking for it. An inconvenience out of their control that was handled really well. Hotel overall was nothing extraordinary, but rooms were clean and cool despite it being 90 degrees outside.

When we arrived, the lobby was dirty. We checked in and went to our room. The room was missing outlet covers and most of the outlets did not work. Lampshade broken, microwave filthy and the bed sheets had someone else's hair on them. No safe place to plug my c-pap in. We requested a refund and checked out. The manager told us that Hotels.com has to call the hotel for verification to get our refund.

Do not stay here. We thought we would save a little bit of money but for even $100 a night you would expect a clean room. I have never stayed at a more filthy hotel. Hairs on the floor in bathroom, around sink and in the bathtub. Floor hasn’t been cleaned in who knows how long. Stained carpeting and the room smelt the moment we walked in. Not to mention the (what we assume to be) vomit on the old telephone next to the bed. Mattress and pillows were so uncomfortable. Stained pillow cases, I’m curious if they wash the bedding between stays. Spend a little more for piece of mind. I couldn’t wait to get out of there.

The hotel was very rundown and dated. It smelled musty, the floors and entryways were dirty. Our room seemed somewhat updated, but in the morning we discovered there were vomit stains on the mattress. The jacuzzi (the reason we purchased the room) also took 2 hours to fill due to low water pressure.
