Clean, friendly staff, large room with comfortable bed.m and a balcony. It’s a little out of the a way from public transportation so you’ll need a car. I’ll be happy to stay there again.

The place was in he middle of nowhere with only one option for dinner, a pizzeria down the street. The room was on the 4th floor, no elevator, very basic. The property was under construction. Breakfast was very limited, pre packaged croissant, and a small slice of a store bought coffee cake, 2 types of juice, pear or orange. One small cup of coffee.

Room very pleasant. Lovely modern bathroom. I arrived late, after midnight, as my 'plane was delayed, they kindly waited for me. No water in the room. No glasses in the room nor in the bathroom. No lift Breakfast very basic. Only Apricot juice or water. Small croissant, dried toasts in cellophane or mini cakes, with a choice of Honey, Nutella, strawberry or cherry jams. Tea or coffee. I was offered a piece of a fruit/treacle tart too. I am afraid not to my taste. However, Franco and Rosa, the hosts, were very pleasant and accommodating which made fpr a nice atmosphere.

We were charged for the airport shuttle and we had to insist that they come get us immediately as opposed to waiting 2 hours at the airport. Getting back to the airport cost double (20EU) and they wouldn't accept credit card, it had to be cash. The actual room was fine. Clean and nice.

Pleasant surprise

Moonrose was a pleasant surprise. I needed a last minute place to stay for my early flight the next day so I booked one night here. The lady who checked me in was super nice and although she didn't speak great English, was very accommodating. They offer a shuttle service to the airport for whenever you need for 10 EUR, which was very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

Incorrect phone number

The phone number to ring to arrange collection from the airport in Milan was incorrect, the numbers 3 and 9 need to be omitted. Breakfast not so good. The owners were very pleasant and although I don't speak Italian and the lady very little English we managed

Clean, comfortable and a good value!

Beautiful small room very comfortable and very nice people but English is not well understood, but with google translate you can get by! Good little restaurants and market nearby! If you don't have a car they will shuttle you but there is a charge of 10 to 20 Euro each way. That said, I would gladly stay again as it's new and comfortable!
