The hotel is convenient to Malpensa and there is an economical hotel shuttle that can take you to/from the airport. The hotel is clean, quiet, and comfortable. There are limited food options in the area so plan ahead for lunch/dinner. There is breakfast onsite. The staff was very helpful and I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing a hotel near Malpensa.
The property had all of the basic amenities and the rooms were clean. It was just outdated however the price was very reasonable. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

Upgraded room good transportation to and from airport. Free ride to and from restaurant which was very good. Great breakfast which was nice as we had to leave by 7am.
Nice staff, decent comfortable rooms, but no on-site or near by restaurant. I walked to the recommended pizzaria about 10 mins and it was fantastic.
Free shuttle bus and breakfast. If you just need a nice clean hotel near Malpensa airport, this is perfect.

Their showers are the smallest I’ve ever seen the air was noisy. Very small room and I didn’t like paying 10% of the cost of the room to park in a semi outside parking area.

very friendly staff, AMAZING breakfast (probably best breakfast in all of the hotels we've stayed at in Italy). Easy walk to the train station that takes you to the plaza, also takes you to Napoli termini. Like all hotels in Sorrento, it is hard to find at first. We got a private driver, though very expensive, but provided by the hotel if needed. I would recommend trying to land here during the daytime to ask around for directions, if trying to avoid costs. (we arrived at night, therefore requested a private driver). Friendly staff. rooms are excellent, clean, and very comfortable beds. Missing it already!
Everything was fantastic on arrival stuff were friendly terrific breakfast all in all very pleasing I would stay there again recommend highly.
Stayed one night before flying out early the next morning. A very quiet location. There are a couple restaurants close to the hotel. Staff arranged shuttle over to the restaurant and the food was excellent. Shuttle service worked very well. Would definitely stay again.
