The receptionist when I checked was very helpful and welcoming. There was no one at reception when I checked out so I had to give the keys to the cleaning staff. When I returned to collect my luggage, there was still no receptionist even 2pm.

The room was very clean and well appointed, except the shower drain was backed up and we had to skip our shower until housekeeping could come later to fix it. The room is much smaller than we expected. The check in person was great!!

Pros: centrally located in the Brera section, close to most main points of interest. Cons: water temperature in the shower turned cold after three minutes. Leaky sink faucets in bathroom needed to be dried with a towel on a daily basis and the bed was rock hard to the point where we felt as though we were sleeping on concrete.

Great experience! The staff was very kind and accommodating. My flight arrived early and they kindly stored my luggage until my room was ready. Modern relatively new room. Perfect size for a couple, with a large bathroom. Very clean, with coffee machine, small fridge, small desk, flat screen tv, air conditioner. No view, so if that’s something important for you than this isn’t the place for you. But if great value for price, than this is. It’s perfectly located, a very short walk to the duomo area and shopping, restaurants and cafes. Highly recommend it.

Room is very small about3x4sqm basically you need stay on bed when u r back to your room. Photos presented are misleading: there’s no kitchen, and washing machine doesn’t work (don’t know how it works trying using google translate but still not working. Laundry is dirty. It’s hostel only see reception once during checkin then never saw anyone till checkout. Was promised room service on second day but never been serviced during my stay.

Nice small hotel with excellent staff. Unfortunately, they're doing work on exterior of building and it blocked our window. Room was small, but had what we needed for a 2 night stay.
