Staff was all very friendly. Location is close to a lot of stuff. The park and Brickell area are short walks or the Brickell loop train is across the street. Lots of dining near by. Much better than a typical hotel room.

The staff were very welcoming. There were mishaps at the airport & they went above and beyond to make sure that my reservation wasn’t cancelled. The bartender made me the most amazing cocktail & i don’t even like alcohol. The entire experience was a 10/10 will definitely be booking and returning within 6 months ! I had a blast, thank you all for having me.

Great Location! Find your own parking.

Great location!!! The parking was not available and was advertised as $25 per day and Subject to availability. I called many times to secure the parking but it wasn’t available repeatedly and I suspect it never is available. There was ample parking close but not for $25. The unit had a broken bathroom towel bar as seen in the photo. I didn’t use the towel bar as I thought it would fall off. The sofa bed was too small in the living room and very uncomfortable to sleep on. The bedroom bed was great. Would recommend 2 people for this unit given the sofa bed is not an option.

Comfortable stay

The room could’ve been cleaner. There was wrappers on the floor, the couch is gross. Walls have quite a lot of scuffs throughout. The space was very much comfy and the online staff was the absolute best friendly and patient. I would stay again definitely would just like a better maintained room.

Location is great, centrally located and easy access to beaches, airport, tourist activities and attractions. Parking garage was convenient and reasonably priced. The pillow had a stench, which we had to use the extra pillow cases for more layers. The hand soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty. The hand soap dispenser in the kitchen had 2 different layers. The shampoo and body wash they provided seemed low tier quality, I had to buy toiletries as what they provided was non existent or sub par. After using their shampoo, lots of hair was falling off, I went to Target to buy toiletries and it was fine after that. They have washer and dryer for us to use, however no detergent is provided. Kitchen was clean and very organized and fully stocked with everything needed such as coffee maker (with coffee, sugar & creamer) pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils, dish soap, trash bags, etc. Even have oven, stove, and fridge. Did not have a microwave however, but that should not be a deal breaker.

Had a terrible day in a half there..the cleanliness of the room wasn’t up to par, I was unable to bathe because they had no wash clothes available,I spoke to someone the whole day and a half they kept telling me they were going to get the things I needed and no one came, the pillows given was dirty and the comforter smelled horrible , I wasn’t able to get a early check in because they claimed they were cleaning but that was a lie because no one ever cleaned anything
