Our needs as guests were neglected for sanitary towels for two days. Called theee times to guest services and then kept telling me “ok good buy”. Rude service. Housekeeping or room service never answers their phone.

Room was clean and spacious, bed comfortable, just wish there were more choices for dining. We didn’t have a car, and just landed from an overseas flight, the hotel was hosting a conference, plus many guests, and restaurant area was completely packed.

Our room was not ready when arriving at the hotel at around five in the evening. where told room was not ready and they would give us an upgrade to a room with king bed instead of two queens, which we agreed to. Upon entering the room, it was two queens which we had reserved in the beginning.
