We stayed at this property for an extended period (a month), and unfortunately, I would not recommend it — especially for a month-long stay. The reviews of guest who stayed here were for a week or so. We arrived when the weather dipped into the 30s. The first night the rooms were warm, but by the second day it became unbearably cold inside the apartment. When we reached out, we were told there is no heating in the unit and that we would have to deal with the cold. He didn’t even agree to offer more blankets. That was extremely uncomfortable, especially during freezing temperatures.Communication with the host was difficult. He only communicates through the Vrbo platform and does not provide a phone number. Messages were not checked frequently, which left us feeling stranded at times.However, I do want to acknowledge that the Vrbo support team was very helpful. They assisted us in connecting with the host and did their best to support us during the situation.The apartment itself was not as advertised. The photos on Vrbo suggest a high-rise building with views, but it is actually a second-floor unit with no view at all. The floors are stained, and the apartment is located next to a trash chute, which causes a strong unpleasant odor in the lobby.Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I would not recommend staying here.
