We wanted to wake up near the beach and this place did the trick. The property definitely hasn’t been in its prime for a lot of decades! The courtyard was ok, needed TLC. The bathroom in particular needed maintenance but fit the bill for one nights stay. Some college kids were partying in the room next to us all night long. The loud AC unit drown them out. Convenient area, parking, and location to airport and beach. Not a luxury stay but a standard stay.

I arrived at the hotel at 6:15 pm. It had a cute outside setup, and the rooms were accessible from the outside. Very small amount of rooms. The office was locked! Apparently the office hours are 10am-4pm, but check in is 4pm!!! There were 2 phone numbers on the door. I called the first 3 times but no one answered. I called the next number which was a different property. She contacted someone to come help me. He came and tapped in a code on the door to open it, but it wouldn't open! He worked on it for 10 minutes and finally got it open. I hadn't eaten all day, but I was afraid to leave in case I couldn't get back into the room. The room was extremely old, but had potential. Unfortunately the floors needed mopping. My feet were so dirty after walking on the floors. The bed had a deep dip in the middle, toilet seat loose, blinds broken, tub rusty, and the list goes on. I would not advise anyone to stay here.

Is great because next to beach and boardwalk and comfy bed. Room not so good because no water pressure to shower, half outlets did not work, is small but kept nicely. Nobody around for check in, and nobody amswered phone but a guy there did get us in. Got text 2 hours later with instructions.

I quite literally was panic stricken when I saw this please. My full name and room code was taped to the door of the office. Anyone could have seen it. The room was digusting, filthy, smelled like mold. There was mold on the bed. It was gross and I was afraid.

Tried calling during business hours with no answer. Finally ended up getting answer via email. We found 2 cockroaches in our room (NOT Palmetto bugs- we're Floridians so we know the difference). Seems there are several permanent residents that make the vibe a bit uneasy. Soda machine doesn't work & nowhere close to get drinks or snacks. It was a place to lay our head for the night before our cruise but we won't be back. It IS close to the beach.

Yes the room was definitely neglected. There was no staff on duty to speak of. And no one ever answered the phone. The room was clean but dingy. The carpet, bed sheets, towels all need to be replaced. They just can't be cleaned due to wear and being aged.

The housekeeper was there to great me! Very helpful, hotel is just basic but, good enough not to be scared to stay there. 1 block off the boardwalk, very nice to walk soak in the ocean. Fellow long stayers are very helpful also. Love the iguanas out you bedroom door!!!!!

Room was flat out disgusting, you can tell the bathroom tub has NEVER been scrubbed or probably even cleaned. The bathroom door didn’t even close and the floors were so dirty like caked kind of dirty. Everything the room has is outdated, the bed was so uncomfortable and possibly even broken. The shower towels were torn and stained, OH and they have cockroaches! They come out at night and get in your clothes, so nasty! I NEVER saw staff there, or they never once came to change our bedsheets or give us new clean towels. I believe the people that stay in the other units actually live there, lesson learned. You get what you paid for, never again.

Room had everything we needed. But the water pressure is horrible. We were in room 13 and there was no water pressure in the shower. For someone whos hot water is out and really wanted a hot shower finally. Well it was hot! But just a trickle. Very sad!
