Upon arrival, each guest must register at the registration office, open 24/7. There, guests will be provided with plastic wrist bands which must be worn to access the amenities. Guests are required to pay $30 for each key FOB that will grant them access to the facilities of the building. Each key fob covers 2 adults ages 12+ 1-2 adults : 1 fob 3-4 adults : 2 fobs 5-6 adults : 3 fobs There are laundry rooms located on each floor next to the elevators. A laundry card is provided for guests in the unit. Guests must add funds to the laundry card if they wish to use these services. The top up machine is located in the lobby next to the mailboxes. Optional beach service is offered by the complex and is available for an additional cost. *Note: Beach essentials such as umbrella and chairs are provided in the unit free of charge during your stay.* Parking fees Daily/Overnight : $40 1 week : $100 2 weeks : $125 3 weeks : $150 4 weeks : $175 (In & out privileges are only for 1 week +) Package delivery (deliveries from Amazon, etc.): $ 7 each.
