This condo was absolutely amazing and provided the perfect setting for celebrating my goddaughter's 14th birthday!The apartment itself is spacious, beautiful, and big, with plenty of room for our entire family to relax and enjoy. The bedrooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable. We especially loved the absolutely fantastic wrap-around balcony—it offered a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the view.The amenities in the building were second to none. The pool was huge and the view from the area was absolutely gorgeous. The highlight was the outdoor movie theater by the pool, which was a huge hit! We also appreciated the convenience of the area where we could easily purchase good food and drinks.The location is prime, just one block from the beach!Finally, I must commend the host and staff. They were super nice, great with providing directions, and gave us excellent referrals for things to do in the area. They truly made the stay seamless and enjoyable.We had an unforgettable time and I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a luxurious and convenient Miami/Hallandale getaway. Thank you for an amazing experience!

This is a cute apartment and good for no more than four people (only three fit on the sofa at one time). The floors passed my white socks test - meaning I walked around in white socks and they remained clean - so I was happy about that. The staff in this building is extremely friendly and the salt water pools were great. On the negative side, none of the three televisions were smart TVs and we were stuck watching the few cable channels that were available, unacceptable since we had two days of inclement weather which kept us indoors all day. Four people, for five days, and there were little toiletries for one person to use for one day in each bathroom. I have never had to carry bath products when I travel. The bottom part of the outside of the toilet was disgustingly dirty. There was no dishwashing liquid- though there were new sponges provided. Beautiful wrap around balcony but the furniture was filthy and one of the chairs needs to be removed because it is broken and some is liable to get hurt. You’ll need to pack a lot of things to stay at this place. They had empty salt and pepper shakers - why bother? Although it’s a cute apartment, I'msorry to say that I would not stay there again - especially for five days.

Spring break

Property was modern, a corner units with a wrap around balcony. The unit had minimal supplies (no dish towels, minimal cleaning supplies, minimal tp). The elevators are awful, waiting up to 30 minutes. Disappointed when an elevator finally stopped to see staff in there now offering to let us in. We were willing to walk down the 9 floors, but not with luggage.
