i waited 2 hours just to check into my room, they said they would call me in 15 minutes but they never called. i got locked out of my room 3 times. i lost power in my living room/dining room all night. they were supposed to send maintenance up 3 times and never did.

👎 WARNING: DO NOT BOOK A RESERVATION AT THE HYDE BEACH HOUSE. THE AD ON ORBITZ IS VERY MISLEADING. YOU ARE PAYING A LOT OF MONEY FOR A BARE BONES CONDO. THERE IS NO ROOM CLEANING SERVICE. THERE IS NO FOOD AT THE BUILDING. THE STAFF IS VERY DISREPECTFUL AND ARROGANT. ITS A HUGE MISTAKE TO STAY AT THE HYDE! THE PEOPLE HATE THEIR JOBS AND ARE NOT THE LEAST BIT POLITE. BE PREPARED GO FIND FOOD BLOCKS AWAY. YOU WILL HAVE CLEAN, DO YOUR OWN LAUNDRY. THE VALET STAFF ARE AGGRESSIVE. THEY MUST HOLD MEETINGS ABOUT HOW THE GUESTS ARE THE ENEMY. 👉THE PROPERTY IS NOT A HOTEL. 👈 IT’S A BUNCH OF EMPTY CONDOS WITH BARE BONES AMENITIES. THE ORBITZ AD IS EXTREMELY MISLEADING. A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY AND A RUINED VACATION. STAY HOME OR FIND A REAL HOTEL. THE HYDE MUST BE IN SOME SORT OF DESPERATE FINANCIAL SITUATION TO GENERATE CASH FROM THE VICTIMS WHO THOUGHT THEY WERE GOING TO ENJOY THEMSELVES. NOT WORK, CLEAN AND GO FIND FOOD AND WATER AND DEAL WITH STAFF WHO ARE MISERABLE. F—- FAILURE PROPERTY. STAY AWAY ❌ ITS BAD. RUN. A BIG NO! FALSE ADVERTISING TO BE KIND.

The property was very nice. The room was a bit tired; stains on the curtains, sofa and rugs. The staff was great The beach was disappointing; inconvenient and very small. We liked the pool and amenities on the 6th floor.

Food &Cleaning

Staff is not helpful at all. To get down from 33rd floor will take 15-30min, they only have 3 elevators which is working. Problem number one is terrible staff Problem number two - elevators

Everything was amazing, housecleaning cam be better, looks like someone shaved and cleaners didnt clean around sink.

No Food after 6 pm ,no room service

Love that suites are equipped with everyday needs and have a washer/dryer in the room.

The building was new and beautiful. Staff was extremely helpful and amazing. However we had a few downsides; The master shower was raining very poorly. Water was barely coming out at a very slow speed. (My family A secondary room in this building and their shower was fast and strong). The pool area is very nice however you can’t even bring you own water bottle with you. You must purchase from the bar. Which is ridiculous. The lady was giving me a hard time for bringing in fruit or snack for my baby. I was here for a week long, so for the shower to suck every day and not be able to bring down anything to the pool, even a cold water is somewhat a deal breaker for next time.

The elevator lines are stupid long - like 20 minutes to get on one. Very poorly designed in that regard. The facilities are nice and our room was spacious and nice but on the 20th floor with crazy long elevator lines it was ridiculous at times. We had three rooms total with our group and two of them found roaches - one in their suitcase and other room he woke up to one crawling on his arm in the middle of the night and in his bathroom. Hotel came and sprayed and did a thorough cleaning right away but still gross. Robin was the best thing about this place. He went out of his way to help me when I had $250 worth of groceries and there were no luggage carts and a 20 minute line for the elevator. There is not much to walk to or do around this property either. I'd suggest staying in Lauderdale over Hallendale/Hollywood all day every day! Won't be back.

The staff was very nice I would give this place a 5/5 but I seen a big roach in my room so I say 5/3 the floors can be cleaned better and I don’t like how the evaluator always back up u be waiting 20mins just to go up and down but other then that I had a wonderful time at this place

Love this place! The only thing the batteries on the keypad door didn’t work so we were locked out for a hour. Everything else was great! Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, spacious suites, with an amazing view. Great location and helpful staff.

Property is not at the beach , staff dont get any information about the other building in front of the beach and chairs or umbrella Elevator are very very bad all time all costumer or resident must make line by 20 or 30 min to get to the room

Took 2 days to get 4 towles sent up to room had presidential suite but not the service

It was ok.....nothing major. First day I checked in no wash clothes in the bathrooms not sure why they would check someone in a room that’s not ready. The side railing where you pull the bed out was lying up against the wall in the room 😳😳Maintenance showed up because I called and said he’ll be back to fix it tomorrow......WOW I checked out and the bed never got fixed. The view was everything hotel just OK. I would probably visit again but it would defiantly have to be at a cheaper price don’t think it was worth what I paid.

Our location was awesome. The views from the 39th floor was breathtaking.
