My review on HBH Silver Spray Hotel

We absolutely love it here. The people are so nice and help you when you need assistance. All of their properties are literally 30 seconds from the beach which has a live band from Wednesday-Sunday. They also serve breakfast everyday. I will definitely be back.

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience at all at this place. Location to beach was the only positive thing. After night 2 my air conditioning as well as bathroom power outlet and lights gave out. They moved me to an even smaller and poor room. This room had the most uncomfortable bed, was dated, smelled even more musty than the first and was a lot smaller with no kitchen access. I paid for a King bed and kitchen and loss both after day 2. It was an unpleasant experience and the walk to check in at the attached store was up the street so that was annoying and not safe as I was travelling alone. My key card didn’t work multiple times and again had to walk up the street to get this fixed. Frustrating all around. I bought a few items at their little convenience store and was outdated over a year. Very low quality. Also had several cockroaches in the room and bugs aren’t cool. My honest experience.

Excellent stay! I initially considered giving it a 3star due to the parking fee, but the outstanding customer service from the receptionist, Carline, made all the difference. I had an issue in the lobby, and she immediately assessed the situation with great awareness. Recognizing that I was a solo female traveler, she proactively placed me to a more convenient and secure location. Her attentiveness and professionalism were truly impeccable. My room was clean.
