Good Breakfast - What SUCKS is that they charge for parking - all part of the money grab for almost ALL hotels anymore - you are not in a city spot - you have a BIG lot - this is a money grab plain and simple - no security walking around the lot etc - so what is the $$ used for?!?!?!

we actually extended our stay by one day (total of 4 nights) we never had the room serviced once during our stay. Needed to stop by the front desk multiple times to obtain fresh towels and each time mentioned the lack of housekeeping service. Each time we heard a varying story re: why we didn't receive housekeeping services.

The King room we booked prior to arrival was “sold out”, so they “upgraded” us to a double Queen. Wasn’t much of an upgrade to me considering our ‘comfort’ was compromised. The batteries and the TV remote were dead upon arrival and the USB ports beside the bed did not work, which just added to the inconvenience. This location charges for parking, which I think is absolutely ridiculous. Their breakfast items were just OK at best, but they did have a pretty good coffee, which is an absolute must – have in my book. The actual location of this facility is lacking, but we chose it for the location on the map not for the neighborhood. It’s conveniently located approx 2hours from Key West and about the same from Miami, and we took advantage of both areas. I would recommend a location on the islands if you do not plan on visiting the Miami area. Overall, our stay was fine and met our needs. The staff was super friendly and the facility was clean. As with several other locations, better management of their third party booking platforms would be ideal.

This was my third time staying at this hotel. I am from NJ but travel to Florida to see my grandpa in Key Largo. Hotel is always clean and smells good. Staff is always friendly. Continental breakfast has many choices. Will always stay when I am in town.
