This was our first (and last) time staying in this chain of Hotel. The room fell way short of our expectations based on the very high price. The room was the smallest room I have ever seen, and I have seen alot. I could list competitors hotels that put this one to shame, but I won’t. Furthermore the room was awkward, impossible to watch TV while in the king bed. When I saw this I said ‘Are you kidding me?’ The bed faced the window and the TV was on the left side. I say fraud because I went back to the room pictures, and that was not what was shown. Pillows? Cheapest I have ever seen, even 2 pillows does not equal 1 good pillow. Bathroom was impeccable and modern and room was clean, Thankyou to the maid service. Only close by good food was Outback, but that was it. No breakfast included in your ultra high price, shame on you! Avoid the bar, bring your own unless you want to spend a fortune. This was by far the worst experience ever, I had to apologize to my wife as this was supposed to be a special moment for her apart from the wedding we attended in Homestead. I salvaged it by taking her into the Florida Keys and Tiki bars. One last comment, the grounds outside were impeccable. Advice: move your Trailer parking to another place as it blocks guest parking spaces, which seem to be limited
